Payment FAQ
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. These are available at checkout on ChickenStreetTrading.com.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, PayPal is accepted. If you would like to avoid any potential delays, we recommend using Shop Pay or another available payment method for the smoothest checkout experience.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. ChickenStreetTrading.com is powered by Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your payment information.
Can I pay by check or money order?
We do not currently accept checks or money orders for online orders. If you have a special arrangement in mind, please contact us to discuss.
Do you charge sales tax?
We currently collect sales tax only on orders shipped to addresses in New York State, as that is where Chicken Street Trading Co. is based and maintains its sales tax nexus. Orders shipping to all other states are not subject to sales tax at this time, though this may change as our business grows. Any applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Can I pay in a currency other than USD?
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you select a different currency using the currency selector in the header, prices will be displayed as an estimate in your local currency for reference only. Your payment will be processed in USD and your bank or card issuer will handle the conversion at their applicable exchange rate.
I have a question about a charge on my statement. Who do I contact?
Please reach out to us at info@chickenstreettrading.com and we will resolve it promptly. Charges will appear under the name of our payment processor.
