Refund policy

We want every buyer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We stand behind the accuracy of our descriptions and photographs. All sales are considered final unless the item significantly differs from its description.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that significantly differ from their description or photographs. We do not accept returns based on buyer's remorse, change of mind, or minor differences of opinion. To be eligible for a return the item must be returned in the same condition as received — unaltered, uncleaned, and in its original packaging where applicable. Items that have been cleaned, altered, handled excessively, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Restocking Fee

All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount, except in cases where the return is due to a significant error on our part.

Refund vs. Store Credit

Returns initiated within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund minus the restocking fee. Returns initiated between 15 and 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only, minus the restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases unless the return is due to our error.

International Orders

All international sales are final. We do not accept returns on international orders except in cases of significant misrepresentation on our part. This policy reflects the additional complexity and cost of international return shipping and customs.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@chickenstreettrading.com within the applicable return window before returning any item. Returns initiated without prior written approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense. Once your return is approved we will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in all cases except where the return is due to a significant error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund or store credit within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Grading Disputes

We assess the grade of all raw coins carefully and honestly. If you believe an item has been significantly misgraded please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review each case individually and work with you toward a fair resolution. We do not accept returns based on differences of opinion on grades within one or two points below our listed grade. Third party grading opinions are not accepted as the sole basis for a return claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been cleaned, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior written approval
  • International orders (except as noted above)
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or at discounted prices
